Tough love. You have to break the pattern; wean your colleagues off of you. I know it’s difficult because it goes against your true nature, but you need to stop helping. Just because you have the answers doesn’t mean you always have to make someone else’s life easier. Pick a start date and from that day forward refer all of your colleagues back to their boss for help and under no circumstances do you acquiesce.
